The property has two distinct sections, a newer, main building and a 19th-century annex connected by a spacious outdoor walkway surrounded by lush gardens.
The building has been transformed into a luxurious space where the historical charm of the former ceramics factory has been brilliantly preserved and incorporated with modern amenities.

The 63 rooms and suites at Cartesiano are designed to offer a tranquil escape, each decorated with mostly contemporary elements. Most rooms have a subdued palette with creams and whites providing a clean and tranquil setting. The beds were extremely comfortable.
Modern amenities included are plush bedding, rain showers, and state-of-the-art technology. The suites offer additional luxuries such as private terraces and soaking tubs, providing a perfect sanctuary to unwind after exploring the city.
The wifi system is a little outdated, and the login process is somewhat lengthy to access it- all the more to add a digital detox to your stay.
