After the sun disappears below the horizon, the spectacle is far from over. As darkness falls, the sky often comes alive with stars, their brilliance enhanced by the lack of light pollution. The path back to town, illuminated only by the fading light and the soft glow of the moon, takes on a different character in the cool evening air. It’s worth bringing a small head-lamp to illuminate the way, or a fully charged phone might also do the trick.
